If your item is defective or blemished we will refund  or replace your purchase at your request. 
Please email you request for a refund or replacement to (help@wrapitstrapit.com). Please include your order number and the items(s) that need to be refunded.  We'll generate shipping a label and email it to you.

After we receive the defective or blemished product, we will process the refund or replacement and send you an email confirmation. 

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift, we'll send you a replacement or a gift credit instead of a refund after we receive the defective or blemished product.

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping in the Contiguous U.S.  for orders above $14.98. Shipping is $4.99 for orders under $14.98. We use UPS and USPS. 
• International orders may be subject to taxes and tariffs.
• Orders ship out one to two business business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information for you order as soon as a shipping label is ceated.
• Domestic orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered.
• International orders can take 5-21 business days
